Refund
This Refund Policy explains when and how Fabulous IT Solutions LLC ("we", "our", or "us") issues refunds for purchased services. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please read it carefully before buying.
1One-Time Service Packages
Refunds for one-time service packages are available within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that no work has commenced on your project. Once work has started (including any discovery, planning, or initial build activity), the purchase is non-refundable. If you are unsure whether work has started, contact us at support@fabulousitsolutions.com immediately.
2Monthly Subscription Packages
All fees charged for a completed billing period are non-refundable. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before your renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. You will retain full access to your subscription until that date.
3Partial Refunds (Mid-Project Cancellations)
If you cancel a one-time project after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion, based on the percentage of work remaining. The refund amount, if any, will be calculated based on documented work completed at the time of cancellation. We are not obligated to issue a partial refund if more than 50% of the project scope has been delivered.
4Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- The service has been fully delivered and accepted
- The 7-day refund window has passed for a one-time package
- A subscription billing period has already been charged
- The cancellation request was not received before the renewal date
- The project was delayed due to factors on the client's side (late submissions, missing information, or non-responsiveness)
5How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@fabulousitsolutions.com with:
- Your full name
- Your order number or email address used at checkout
- The service purchased
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant details
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
6Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
7Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unresolved chargebacks from valid orders may result in termination of service and restricted access to future purchases. We cooperate fully with payment processor dispute processes and maintain records of all deliverables.
