1Services

Fabulous IT Solutions LLC provides structured digital service packages including website development, website optimization, and monthly website maintenance. All services are delivered digitally in accordance with the selected package scope. We do not offer open-ended engagements, in-person services, or physical deliverables of any kind.

2Billing & Payments

All payments are processed through an authorized third-party payment processor. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). One-time package fees are charged in full at the time of purchase. Subscription package fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis on the same date each month. You authorize recurring billing by purchasing a subscription product.

3Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. To cancel, you must contact us at support@fabulousitsolutions.com before your renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to your plan until that period ends. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

4Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by service type and delivery status. Please refer to our Refund Policy at fabulousitsolutions.com/refunds for complete terms. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the Refund Policy.

5No Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of our services, including but not limited to search engine rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, revenue, conversion rates, or any other performance metric. All website optimization work is performed according to current industry best practices only. Results may vary based on factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and third-party platform behavior.

6Digital Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. Completed work is provided through secure online file transfer, cloud delivery links, or direct deployment to the client's hosting environment as specified in the package. No physical goods are shipped. No in-person work is performed.

7Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, project requirements, access credentials where necessary, and timely feedback within the stated timelines. Delays caused by the client may result in corresponding delays in delivery. We are not liable for project delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input.

8Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion, all deliverables created by us for your project become your property. We retain no ongoing claim to completed deliverables. You grant us a non-exclusive right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

9Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or any service provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
